You Turkey!

This first cute turkey card was inspired by the Bitten By The Bug2 "Flourish" Challenge. I used the flourish from the Stretch Your Imagination cartridge, the Turkey from Create A Critter and the sentiment from Tear Drop. I distressed the edges of the background paper and inked all the pieces with Vintage Photo Distressing Ink. The Flourish was cut at 4 inches and the turkey was cut at 2 inches. I'm submitting this "Thanks so Much" 5x5 card for the Fantabulous Cricut "Bird Bonanza" Challenge.
I was smitten with this little Turkey I decided to make a shaped card of him too! He was cut at 5 inches. Isn't he so cute??

BBTB Contest Entry #2

I created this "Hello Friend" card as my second entry in the BBTB contest ending 4-19. I used the brown Cricut marker and the hello friend cut from the Tear Drop cartridge. This particular card was a lot of fun to make and I can't wait to send it out!

BBTB Contest Entry #1

I created this Thank You Card for the Bitten by the Bug contest ending April 19th. The requirements were to use at least one cricut cut and ribbon. I used the Cricut black marker and Tear Drop cartridge. I used the negative from the "thanks so much" cut and used the shadow blackout feature for the butterfly border. I used printed vellum on the top layer of the butterfly so that it would "flutter". On the inside of the card, I wanted to frame the text and give a little more visual interest. The blue flowers were perfect!
